  • Knowledge-based learning materials
  • Practice questions and explanations provided as learning aids

This policy does not depend on whether you took an exam, passed an exam, or achieved any specific score.

  1. Refund Conditions

You may submit a refund request if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The request is submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date
  2. The learning materials have been reasonably accessed or used for study purposes
  3. You believe, based on your personal learning experience, that the content quality, structure, or presentation did not meet your expectations
  4. A valid order number or purchase email is provided

Note:
Cert007 does not require exam participation, exam results, or score reports for refund evaluation.

  1. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Free products or content clearly marked as “Free” or “Trial”
  • Discounted or promotional products explicitly labeled as non-refundable
  • Bundled products that are clearly stated as non-separable or non-refundable
  • Cases involving abnormal usage patterns, abuse of the refund policy, or repeated refund requests
